Logistics & Pre-Installation Planning
Long before the delivery date, our logistics experts plan every detail. This includes conducting site access surveys, coordinating with building management, booking delivery slots and lift access, and preparing the necessary health and safety documentation (RAMS).
Consolidated & Coordinated Delivery
All products are received, checked for quality, and consolidated at our central logistics hub. This allows us to coordinate a single, phased delivery to your site at a pre-arranged time, dramatically reducing site congestion and the disruption caused by multiple ad-hoc deliveries.
Expert On-Site Installation
Our experienced team arrives on-site to manage the unloading and careful distribution of all items. They expertly assemble all furniture to the highest manufacturer standards and place every piece precisely according to the approved drawings, carrying out quality checks throughout the process.
Site Clearance & Formal Handover
Upon completion, our commitment to a perfect finish continues. Our team removes all packaging and waste materials from the site, ensuring it is recycled where possible. We then conduct a final walk-through with you and your Project Manager to ensure you are completely satisfied, before a formal sign-off and handover of the space.
